The “Tristen” is a stunning, brand new, 4 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom home! Three of the four rooms have king-sized beds and en suite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom is a bunk room, with eight built-in beds, 3 queens, and 5 twins! The bunk room also includes two full bathrooms, and its own flat-screen TV and game system. The home has a wonderfully open floor plan, ensuring plenty of room to spread out and relax. Seating for 20 in the kitchen and dining room and an oversized living room sectional and large screen TV for a night-in or watching the big game!

A courtyard hot tub/plunge pool with a built-in barbecue and room for outdoor dining is the perfect spot to spend an afternoon, and rooftop seating provides an excellent spot to take in another gorgeous Southern Utah sunset. 55”+ high definition (HD) flat-screen televisions in each room give guests plenty of options to customize their stay. Those looking for a challenge will enjoy a workout with the provided cross-training style equipment.
