AERIE RESORT COMMUNITY INFORMATION

We extend a warm welcome to our newly built European-style community, also known as Elim Valley, Eagle Park, or Marla. Our community features spacious homes that can accommodate up to 30 people. Guests can enjoy the amenities which include a large family pool with a shallow end and a splash pad for children. There is also a lap pool with 3 lanes, 5 feet deep, and a hot tub that can accommodate up to 30 people. Pickleball courts are also available for use and no key card is required for entry, however, guests must provide their own paddles. Additionally, the community features a large grassy area that is perfect for picnics or family games!

Parking

The homes in this community offer a 3-4 car garage along with driveway parking. If you are hauling a trailer or a boat, please park in the large dirt fields located throughout the community, which will eventually be converted into a parking lot. We kindly request that you refrain from parking on the streets, as they may not provide enough space. If you have any queries or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Clubhouse Hours

Monday-Sunday: 7am-10pm

Trash Day

The trash is collected every Thursday morning, and our staff will take care of bringing the trash cans to the curb on Wednesday, so there is no need for you to do it yourself.
