The Dunes at Sand Hollow, this is an incredible house and an absolute bang for your buck! If you’re visiting Sand Hollow, definitely choose here. During the booking process, they were incredibly responsive—no matter what time I called or messaged, I got an immediate reply. Checking in was also super smooth. The layout is awesome: two connected buildings. On the first floor, one side features a huge garage that easily fit our trailer and two additional Jeeps without any tricky maneuvering. I posted photos for your reference because we were quite worried about how to keep the trailer locked inside the house when we made the reservation. The other side houses a perfect kitchen, living, and dining area, plus a King bedroom. There are plenty of extra towels in the storage room on the first floor. The other 6 bedrooms are upstairs, with each side having 2 King rooms and a bunk room, connected by a patio. We were pleasantly surprised to find that each bunk room has 2 sinks, 2 toilets, and 2 showers! I have searched through countless Airbnb listings and vacation rental sites, and the layout here is hands-down the best I’ve seen. Unlike other places, every single bedroom has its own private bathroom, so there’s no need to share—which is a total game-changer for large groups! The beds and linens were very comfortable. There are also two sets of sofas upstairs, so even if you have a large group where someone needs to sleep on the couch, they won’t feel left out. The arcade games and toys were a hit, and the private pool on the first floor was pristine thanks to the cover. Plus, the AC units are individually controlled, so everyone could set their own perfect temperature. Everything was just perfect If I had to mention one tiny area for improvement, it would be that the shower water pressure was a bit low, not strong enough. But overall, I’d give this stay a 99/100! *just let you know, all bathrooms no tub, but we dont need it at all~

7 of us stayed for a long weekend. WOW! You guys went above and beyond from the reservation to the stay and check out was flawless. The house was just perfect with everything we needed. Our guests were pleasantly surprised. The house had everything we would need plus more. The little cafe was perfect for some afternoon coffee and ice cream. We will definitely be staying with you guys again. Hopefully sooner than later. The After-Dune delight was Delightful ☺️

We stayed at the Rock Palace on Windsor Pkwy. The house was absolutely beautiful, clean, and so cool! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and putting green daily. It was the perfect day. The owner was quick and helpful with communication- made the stay easy. The neighborhood was so nice, the perfect neighborhood for nightly strolls. Highly recommend this neighborhood and house!!

The home was spacious and beautiful and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils. It was very clean and included basics. We will definitely stay again!

The home (costner) itself is absolutely beautiful and the layout was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 8 kids. The spacious design worked very well for multiple families, and the kitchen and common areas were great gathering spaces. The backyard pool was a huge hit with the kids and was one of the highlights of our stay. Unfortunately, there were several issues that impacted our experience. After driving for hours and arriving with hungry, tired children who needed to use the bathroom, we were unable to access the home due to a cleaning schedule mix-up. We ended up waiting about an hour before we could get inside. The management company did provide ice cream as a goodwill gesture, which we appreciated. There were also maintenance concerns. The showers in the first-floor bedrooms were not usable because they flooded the bathrooms and even spilled into the bedrooms. The water heater repeatedly displayed error codes, leaving some guests without hot water and requiring cold showers at times. The 2 bedrooms with a balcony, one only had 1 curtain and the other one the curtains were too small. Definitely not great for privacy. While the kitchen was beautiful with plenty of cookware and dishes for large families. You definitely need more coffee mugs. There was only 3. The pool area was enjoyable, but we were surprised to learn there was an additional charge for pool towels, as this was not mentioned in the listing. We were also provided a code for a pool cover, but there was no pool cover present. Families with young children should be aware that the pool area may present safety concerns. Although there is a lock on the backyard door, it is easy for a child to operate, and there is no additional barrier around the pool. The bunk room window also opens very easily and could be a safety concern for younger children. Finally, the surrounding neighborhood is still under heavy construction. While we understand development takes time, there was construction debris and trash throughout the area, which took away from the overall experience. Overall, the home itself is gorgeous and has tremendous potential for large groups, but several maintenance, safety, and communication issues need to be addressed to match the quality and price of the property.
